Teaching

I teach courses in philosophy of science, epistemology, metaphysics, and applied ethics. My courses tend to emphasize both formal and informal methods, and draw on empirical work from a variety of disciplines. I also co-teach interdisciplinary courses such as K-State's Perspectives in Science course, which takes historical, philosophical, and literary approaches to episodes in science and helps students learn skills to engage in, interpret, and apply science ethically.
